1. Lawn Inspection

We will take a look at your lawn for what type of grasses you currently have in your yard, soil compaction and thatch density, any weed or disease issues.

2. Treatment

Fungus can be a detrimental issue in your lawn. Here are 3 reasons disease will spread

environmental conditions such as shaded, moist areas to grow in,
pathogen—a bacteria, virus or other microorganism that can carry disease.

We will apply 3 preventative fungicide treatments per year to prevent brown patch, dollar spot, rust, leaf blight and pythium blight.

SHOULD I MOVE WEEKLY?

Yes, mowing your lawn once a week is recommended for two reasons. First, mowing each week will reduce weeds in your lawn, and second, regular mowing will keep your grass healthy and vigorous.

WHEN SHOULD I AERATE MY LAWN?

Aerating your lawn is best done when it is growing. You want your lawn to be able to recover quickly from aeration. We see the best aeration results when it is done in the fall.
