When Preferred Pest Management arrives at your home, we will first take a look around to identify points of entry that which raccoons may be entering your home through. We’ll also look to identify any potential conducive conditions that may have attracted the raccoon to your home.

2. BAIT AND TRAP FOR THE RACCOON

Raccoons can be very difficult to catch. Sometimes in fact it can be more likely to scare them off than to trap them. Assuming the raccoon can not be deterred, Preferred Pest Management uses lures that are known best in the industry for getting a raccoons attention and placing it in a live trap in attempt to catch the raccoon.

3. EXCLUDE THE HOME TO PREVENT FUTURE ENTRY

Once the raccoon has either been caught, or has simply moved on from your home, Preferred Pest Management will complete a total rodent exclusion job on the home to prevent not just raccoons, but all forms of wildlife from being able to enter your home in the future, giving you ultimate peace of mind.
